With so many online stores out there to choose from, it is a daunting task to pick the right one. It may be true that all the stores that talk about quality may not \"really\" offer quality products. But, suppliers offering quality products would definitely like to tell and publicize about it. You will see different prices at different online stores, often at unbelievable price differences from one store to another. The deciding factors should be quality, return policy and customer service if you want to avoid bad experiences. You should make an informed decision while purchasing the printer cartridge. 3. WarrantyThe online store allows you to return a product only if there is still warranty on it. Make sure that the store has a good warranty policy. While a 90 days warranty is ok, it is better if the store offers a warranty for 6 months on the printer cartridges. If there is a problem with a cartridge, you will normally notice it with in few days of installing it. It is rare that a cartridge fails after working for few weeks.4. Customer serviceThis is also important like the price. You should expect and get the best service. I tend to prefer customer service over price while making a purchase. Recently for the holidays, I purchased an item from a leading electronics store website. I was charged for shipping even though free shipping was offered. I had to make about 15 calls and wait for a month to get the amount credited. I will think twice before buying from that online store again.5. Return policyI would prefer the store to offer free shipping to return the defective cartridges. It may not be a big deal compared to the gas and time that you spend to return an item even at some leading chain stores, but it certainly helps. It gives me confidence knowing that the purchase is risk free.6. WebsiteThe site should be easy to navigate and find the inkjet cartridge or toner cartridge that you want. There were instances when I had to give up buying from some online stores just because I could not navigate to the products that I wanted to purchase.In addition to the above, it is also good to check security and privacy policy of the website before making a decision.
